Founder & CEO
Frank Mills is the founder and owner of Metis Organizational Solutions, LLC, a cutting edge, consulting firm that helps companies and organizations by improving, and streamlining select areas and processes.
Before devoting his work fulltime to Metis Organizational Solutions, Frank served as Chief Operations Officer at one of the top 5 search and staffing organizations whose clients include U.S. Oncology, Advent Health, CHI Health and OSF Healthcare.
Frank has led and improved several organizations working in the areas of Healthcare, Higher Education, Technology and Retail along with having the benefit of creating long lasting relationships along the way. It is not a surprise how much Frank is fueled with his passion for brand marketing and visual design. His experience and successful campaigns illustrate his mindful but competitive approach. Frank stays in tune with the latest digital marketing strategies through continued research and implementation. Frank has vastly improved productivity throughout his career by implementing strategic methods and policies to ensure a work-life balance for his talented professionals.
He enjoys empowering and rewarding his team members for their ideas, hard work and character. Frank has a strong belief with mindfulness in the workplace; he understands that this a key to success—a tenet he lives out through his interests in crystals, meditation and creative hobbies.

Rajen M. Patel, is a co-founder and CTO of Metis Organizational Solutions, LLC.
Before devoting his time to Metis, Rajen has worked with billion dollar organizations in the past for process improvement, leadership and operational revitalization.
Rajen has led team building, mentorship and coaching efforts in healthcare, higher education, and business units as a whole. His strengths are in communication, relationship building and technical operations.
Rajen is an energetic person with unique ideation and storytelling capabilities to motivate individuals to a call to action.
He is also a Co-founder and COO of Nautilus Solutions an organization designed to develop leaders and teams. He is a Co-Host for Navigating the Waters Podcast.
